- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees (minimum of a 2nd class) in any discipline with 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the branch manager to assess spare parts inventory needs and generate requisitions from the central warehouse, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Conduct thorough physical verification upon receipt of stock to ensure alignment with central warehouse waybills and Location Transfer Out (LTO) documents.
- Record all incoming goods meticulously in the Goods Receipt Register, clearly noting waybill and LTO numbers for easy reference and tracking.
- Perform daily manual updates of bin cards to reflect all stock movements, including goods received and issued out, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory movements.
- Conduct regular stock counts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reconciling physical inventory with system records to identify and promptly address discrepancies.
