The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, rural development, and vocational education.
Three years of work experience in implementing Climate-smart agriculture, village savings and loans groups, savings and credit organizations, microfinance, and vocational skilling.
Fluency in the Luganda and English
Good knowledge of government community development programs.
Basic monitoring and Evaluation skills.
Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills
Excellent report writing and presentation skills are a must.
