📍 Location: Nairobi (On-site)

🕐 Schedule: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

We are hiring a Payroll Associate to join a fast-growing and high-performing team. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll cycles accurately and on time
  
• Maintain employee payroll records (hires, updates, terminations)
  
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
  
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies; escalate when needed
  
• Ensure data accuracy across payroll systems
  
• Provide administrative support to Finance & Operations teams
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak periods
  

✅ Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• 1–3+ years of experience in payroll or payroll administration
  
• Hands-on experience with PrismHCM, ADP, or Paylocity (MANDATORY)
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Proven ability to manage payroll data effectively
  
• Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

🌟 Preferred / Nice to Have

• At least 1 year of U.S. payroll experience
  
• Experience working with multiple payroll platforms
  
• Exposure to HR processes or onboarding support
