Key Responsibilities
- Lead Bancassurance strategy, develop budgets, and oversee product distribution.
- Manage staff, relationships with partners, and monitor market trends.
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Report performance and risks to the Board.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in relevant fields, insurance certification, and 5+ years Bancassurance experience.
- Leadership, sales, communication, and ICT skills, knowledge of banking systems preferred.
- Practicing Christian with strong interpersonal skills.
