Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
  • At least 2 years experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations and/ or hotel bookings/reservations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Great communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proficient in reservation systems and software

Responsibilities
  • Task Management - Manage tasks through the company working/task platform, ensuring timely reservations and follow-ups. 2. Flight Booking - Handle all bookings for both domestic and international flights and trains
  • System Updates- Enter and update all booking information on the company system.
  • Voucher Management - Follow up on booking vouchers and auto- release timelines.
  • Client Requests - Ensure clients' special requests, especially for accommodation and room specifications, are accurate and fulfilled. 6. Guest Services - Make provisional bookings for guests across various services
  • Safari Coordination - Brief tour leaders before safari departures.
