- a) Identify opportunities for automation in manufacturing processes, such as production lines,
- supply chain, and quality assurance.
- b) Design, develop, and implement software tools and scripts for process automation and

Qualifications & Experience
- a) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree
- preferred.
- b) 4-6 years of experience in IT development and innovation, ideally in manufacturing or
- industrial automation.
Key Competencies
- a) Expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and automation tools (e.g., RPA software).
- b) Strong background in process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- c) Experience with manufacturing automation systems, including PLC programming or SCADA.
- d) Certifications in project management (PMP) or innovation (e.g., Certified Innovation
- Professional).
- e) Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.
