Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Collection/ Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role of at least 2 years

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors and opportunities to improve Collections performance.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other analytical tools to track key metrics and KPIs for Field Collections Team

  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. This is done on hourly, daily, MTD, Monthly and quarterly basis based on ongoing initiatives and trends and they’re driven by Objectives Key Results

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights and recommendations to support Collections

  • Verifies and ensures every customer refund is in line with the policy for existing and non-existing customers and that the refunds are made to the right persons

  • Shares with the Sales Teams the different customer categories to ensure that the sales Team make follow ups to improve collections at Early stage

  • Compiling collection officer commission.
