Requirements

  • Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Computing, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, customer care or a related technology role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of initiative and resilience.


Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and deal closure.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and follow-up on marketing leads.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, consultative product demos aligned to client needs and business challenges.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM systems, tracking leads from qualification to closure.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, present value propositions and Return on Investment (ROI), and successfully close sales deals.
