SCHEDULER - REMOTE JOB
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Work Modality: Remote
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of business experience.
- Basic office and computer skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Knowledge of common medical terminology.
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Must have HOME CARE experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage professional verbal communication by handling calls, responding to inquiries, and acting as a liaison between clients, associates, and management.
- Provide high-quality customer service by promptly and courteously addressing client calls, referrals, and program inquiries.
- Coordinate and organize daily caregiver schedules while maintaining accurate records in the ClearCare system.
- Execute payroll and administrative tasks, including timesheet verification, telephony updates, and payroll data processing.
- Support recruitment and HR processes such as interviewing, screening, hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and problem-solving skills in a fast‑paced environment, including on‑call coordination as required.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player, maintaining professionalism, adaptability, and sensitivity in interactions with clients and care staff
