🕒 Preferred Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM EST
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join a growing organization and help attract top talent across the U.S. market.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are seeking someone with a strong hunter mindset who enjoys sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, networking, and creating opportunities rather than simply reviewing incoming applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct screening interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand recruitment priorities.
- Utilize ATS, CRM systems, and AI-powered tools to improve recruiting efficiency and results.
Requirements
✅ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for the U.S. market
✅ Strong experience with candidate sourcing and outbound recruiting
✅ Experience engaging passive candidates
✅ Proficiency with ATS platforms
✅ Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
✅ Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
✅ Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in sales-driven environments.
- Experience recruiting commission-based professionals.
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, or related industries.
- Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and automation.
