📢 Now Hiring: Talent Sourcers / Pipeline Builders – Kenya 🇰🇪

Are you passionate about finding talent before the role even opens? We’re looking for experienced Sourcers / Pipeline Builders to help us proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple roles and industries.

🔍 Role: Pipeline Builder (Talent Sourcer)

Schedule: Full-time | 5 days per week | 40 hours-On site

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently
  • Strong research and passive candidate sourcing skills
  • Hands-on experience with ATS & sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing for high-volume or specialized roles
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies
Responsibilities

🧩 What You’ll Do

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand or recurring positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and interest
  • Maintain an organized database of active and passive candidates
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide pipeline progress updates
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices
