Diploma or Certificate in Inventory Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge and minimum 5 years' experience of inventory control systems, warehouse operations, stock management principles, logistics processes, and supply chain best practices.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role or leading teams.
Experience using ERP systems (preferably Odoo), inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel for stock reconciliation, transaction tracking, reporting, and inventory accuracy.
Demonstrated understanding of internal controls, stock accountability, audit requirements, and inventory governance standards, with the ability to maintain accurate and traceable records.
Proven ability to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, hygiene, health & safety, and companypolicies and procedures within warehouse and distribution operations.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process, authorize, verify, and document warehouse and logistics transactions.
Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to prepare reports, maintain documentation, and perform accurate data entry.
Highly organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining process discipline and control standards.
Forklift, Reach Truck, or Narrow Aisle Truck certification will be an added advantage.
