Job Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree with at least 3 years experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with the Public Sector and the financial needs of government employees is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated by targets and committed to delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations as necessary.
  • Fluency in local languages spoken in the respective regions is a plus.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking dedicated and results-driven Sales Officers to join our team across multiple locations in Nigeria. As a Sales Officer focusing on the Public Sector, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products specifically designed for Federal and State government employees.
  • Locations: Lagos, Ogun, Delta, Rivers, FCT, Enugu, Akwa Ibom, Ekiti, Cross-River, Benue, Imo, Gombe, Ebonyi, Ondo, Kaduna, Kwara, Sokoto, Anambra, Niger, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Oyo, Abia, Bayelsa.

Key Duties

  • Identify and engage potential customers within the Federal and State government workforce to introduce and offer our loan products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government employees, understanding their financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities and effectively managing client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding our reach within the Public Sector and achieving revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
