  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Engineering, Social Sciences or related discipline.
  • 5+ Years work experience of sales role in the cleaning or janitorial industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to set and accomplish goals
  • Good client relationship management skills
  • Applicant must have good knowledge of excel.

  • Collaborating with the sales team, developing business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence.
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team.
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifical advise
  • Handle realistic forecasts for services and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).
  • Handle sales force; and sales promotion programme plans.
  • Establish, maintain and expand customer base of the organization.
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the organizations services.
  • Responsible of management of accounts and key accounts.
