Appointment Setter (Home Remodeling)

Job Objective

  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule home remodeling valuation appointments.

  • Utilize scripts and dialer systems to maintain consistency and effectiveness.

  • Target warm leads, re-engage previous prospects, and identify new potential clients.

Requirements

  • Advanced English C1

  • At least one year of experience in sales or collections.

  • Experience with "hard calls" is preferred.

  • Ability to push, ask effective questions, and manage conversation flow.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using dialer systems.

  • "Shark attitude": assertive, persistent, persuasive, and proactive.

  • Strong active listening and people skills.

Schedule and Benefits

  • Schedule:Monday to Friday 8 a 6pm PT

  • Benefits: Training provided for the dialer system and specific scripts.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls (90%+) to secure appointments.

  • Manage dialer campaigns based on lead age and status.

  • Re-engage leads who received valuations but did not purchase services.

  • Handle cancellations and attempt to reschedule or re-engage clients.

  • Perform cold calling to find new prospects and potentially handle incoming client calls.
