Description
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years sales experience (preferably fintech, banking, telecom, or FMCG).
- Strong knowledge of agency banking operations and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must be willing to work in the field.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency banking agents and merchants.
- Market and sell POS terminals and related financial service products.
- Drive activation and usage of deployed POS terminals.
- Conduct field visits to monitor merchant performance and resolve issues.
- Educate agents on product features, transaction processes, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and transaction volume targets.
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents and merchants.
