Responsibilities

Sales Development:

  • Participate in product presentations and client meetings.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on client inquiries.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates.

Product Knowledge:

  • Learn and understand company products and services thoroughly.
  • Clearly communicate product value propositions to customers.

Training & Development:

  • Participate in structured training sessions on sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Rotate across departments to gain a broad understanding of the business operations.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
