The applicant for the role should hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Education from a recognised university.

At least two (2) years' teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Demonstrated ability to provide holistic education to learners and to promote evidencebased learning.

Prepare and conduct lessons according to the Watoto schools' standards.

Administer assessments and structured assignments to support learning.

Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Monitor and evaluate learner progress to build a positive learning culture.
