Education:
  • First degree in Business Management or other related discipline
  • Fluent in English
Experience:
3-7 years’ experience which includes
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others
  • Experience working in a medium sized organization.
  • Experience in partner management
  • Experience in project coordination and cross-functional solutions delivery
  • Experience in account management and/or other analytical role
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office Productivity Tools - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


Responsibilities
  • Maintain all MTN and professional ethical standards and ensure NaaS activities are carried out in compliance with business laid down policies, procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate with EB departments to set wholesale partner performance objectives, goals and strategic direction to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate relevant touchpoints within EB and other divisions as well as assess, validate and resolve needs of wholesale partners to achieve a high satisfaction and transacting rate
  • Analyze performance of network as a service partners and develops strategies / interventions to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Identify process inefficiencies and compliance gaps and participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and track issues, escalations and resolutions. Participate with relevant parties to drive prompt resolution.
  • Create standard and ad-hoc reports to communicate performance and alignment with expectations
  • Support the Senior Manager - NaaS in coordinating with the partners where needed and facilitate their fieldwork within MTN.
  • Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Manage the progress of all project/assignment and escalate any roadblocks to completion to the Senior Manager for intervention and resolution.
