Key Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of Uganda Certificate of Education
- Ability to swim and be comfortable on water.
- Ability to solve and do simple math calculations.
- Must be hardworking and adaptable.
- Good Communication skills including reading and writing.
Responsibilities
- Loading and offloading feed and other logistics on and off the boat respectively for dispatch.
- Mortality collection and disposal.
- Washing and disinfecting of mortality buckets.
- Organizing of empty feed bags to be taken back on Land.
- Maintain a neat and tidy work area.
- Ensure that stacking of feeds must always be neat and easy to count.
- Participating in offloading of feed trucks arriving on site.
- Adhere to the company’s health and safety policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
