Experience
- Experience using engineering or analytical tools (e.g. value stream mapping, work study methodologies)
- Experience in lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including within matrix and dotted-line structures
- Experience managing people and working in matrix organisations
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
