This line is specialized in coordinating assistance for luxury vehicles. Our team manages towing requests and technical support with precision, empathy, and efficiency. As a Network Solutions Agent, you will be the bridge between our providers, partners, and clients, ensuring a flawless experience.

🌐 We are looking for Customer Service Agents! 🌐

📍 Location: Principal Place address: 13 School Ln, Nairobi, Kenya

📅 Start date: may 18 th

🕒 Schedule: Availability Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the possibility of eventually becoming 24/7. Two days off per week assigned by operations, but initially within this time frame.

Who are we? We are a specialized team handling towing and roadside assistance requests for our Service Partners. As a Network Solutions Agent, you will play a key role in balancing the needs of our company, providers, partners, and clients.


🔍 What do you need?

✅ English level B2

✅ 6 months of customer service experience

✅ Positive and proactive attitude

✅ Strong communication and writing skills

✅ 24/7 availability with rotating shifts

Responsibilities


✔ Answer service provider calls quickly, in a friendly and efficient manner

✔ Resolve questions about jobs and assistance using the Urgently app

✔ Manage complex issues by escalating them to the Network team when necessary

✔ Negotiate additional rates and conduct research on specific requests

✔ De-escalate upset clients through empathetic listening and beneficial solutions
