Key Responsibilities
- Manages strategic initiative execution, develops frameworks, and maintains the transformation roadmap.
- Monitors progress, identifies risks, and recommends portfolio adjustments for strategic alignment.
- Designs enterprise performance management systems, scorecards, and dashboards for tracking transformation health.
- Develops benefits realization frameworks, tracks financial and operational benefits, and conducts post-implementation reviews.
- Provides strategic intelligence, scenario analysis, and decision support for executive leadership.
- Evaluates investment proposals, models transformation economics, and supports financial decision-making.
- Maintains transformation risk registers, develops early warning indicators, and conducts health assessments.
- Leads automation, advanced analytics, and digital enablement to enhance governance and reporting.
- Builds transformation capabilities, standards, and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred; certifications like PMP or Agile desirable.
- 8–10 years in transformation, strategy execution, or analytics, with banking sector experience.
- Strong skills in governance, financial modeling, KPI design, BI tools, and risk management
