Requirements for appointment :
i. Be a Kenyan citizen;
ii. Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized University;iii. Master’s Degree in a related field from a recognized University will be an added advantage;iv. Must be a Certified Secretary CS (K);v. Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya;vi. Must be a member of the Law Society of Kenya;vii. Have had experience in senior management for a period of not less than five (5) years;viii. Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution. Responsibilities
