Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up

- Support accurate payment processing
- Assist customers with warranty claims and processing
- Payment Accuracy & Compliance
- Ensure accuracy in payment handling and records
- Adhere to company cash handling procedures
- Delivery & Aftersales Support
