Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a qualified
Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, preparing high-quality
meals, and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to Snack Attack’s high
standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced high-end fast food environment is
required,
Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality meals using fresh,
seasonal ingredients
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor kitchen staff and manage
kitchen operations
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the
customer-facing staff and management team
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all food is prepared and
presented to the restaurant’s high standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and to remain calm
and professional under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Prepare food to order, ensuring that all menu items are prepared and presented with
consistency to Snack Attack’s high standards
Oversee the kitchen operations, including ordering and receiving ingredients,
preparing food, and managing kitchen staff
Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and in
adequate supply
Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, including maintaining
equipment and appliances and removing trash
Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation techniques
and safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with the customer-facing staff to ensure that orders are accurate and
delivered promptly
Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to safety and
sanitation
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
