Read and interpret physician's medication orders
b)
Prepare and package medications requiring special
handling in accordance with safety measures
c)
Aid in filling, processing, and dispensing medications
d)
Re-package and label medications
e)
Adhere to safety practices in order to ensure quality
care for patients
f)
Maintain the drug inventory through inventory control
practices
g)
Provide customer service by answering phone calls in a
prompt and courteous manner
h)
Triage requests and prioritize them
i)
Check for expiration dates on medications on a regular
basis
j)
Make LPO to suppliers/receive & verify product
supplied
k)
Maintain accurate DDA record for controlled medications
l)
Dust, arrange drugs in appropriate place and keep the
premise clean
