You will take ownership of the New Hire ticket pipeline, managing everything from system setups to clear communications with managers and recruiting teams. Your goal is to ensure that every technical detail is ready so our new talent can hit the ground running from minute one.

Responsibilities
  • First Impression Champion: Work directly with new hires to provide a world-class Day One experience.

  • Technical Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between HR, Managers, and IT, keeping everyone updated on the status of onboarding tickets.

  • Data & Tracking: Maintain shared spreadsheets and update ticketing platforms with high precision, ensuring data integrity across all teams.

  • Process Innovation: Collaborate on process updates and document changes to improve the efficiency of our onboarding flow.

  • Documentation: Create exceptional SOPs and end-user guides for both technical and non-technical audiences.
