This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes smallholder farmers, dairy cooperatives, Agri-SMEs, and climate-smart agriculture initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for strategic leadership, product innovation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the bank’s impact in the agricultural sector.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Finance, or a related field.
  
• A master’s degree is an added advantage.
  
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in agribusiness financing or related sectors.
