Description
The Paediatric Nurse will provide specialized nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while ensuring compassionate, safe, and family-centered healthcare services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized accredited institution.

  • Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy healthcare facility.

  • Valid BLS and ACLS certification.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Training in PMTCT and Quality Improvement is an added advantage.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent paediatric patient care skills.

  • Compassion and patience when handling children and families.

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
