Description
The Nurse Assistant will support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care by assisting with basic nursing procedures, patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate in Nursing Assistant training from a recognized institution.
First Aid training certification.
Previous healthcare experience is an added advantage.
Competencies and Skills:
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under supervision and within teams.
Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
2 years' experience in a hospital set up
