Description
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent command of the required language.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour consulting or hotel operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience selling South Africa and other Southern African destinations, including Botswana and Namibia.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexible and willing to work varied hours when required.
- Client Communication: Manage client inquiries, bookings, itineraries, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Itinerary Preparation: Create personalized safari itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
- Invoice Management: Prepare client invoices and follow up on payments.
- Feedback & Support: Collect post-safari feedback, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Booking Management: Communicate itinerary updates and booking changes before and during travel.
- Sales Support: Contribute to weekly and monthly sales targets.
