Demonstrated experience supporting or working with Kenya's national HIV and STI programs and Ministry of Health structures.
Strong understanding of health system strengthening for HIV, and STI care and prevention interventions
Experience with DHIS2, Taifa care (Tiberbu HMIS and KenyaEMR), KHIS, other electronic health information systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Prior work experience working with government under donor funded programs will be an advantage.
Academic Qualifications
Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field. A clinical background is an added advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
Mapping of the STI stakeholders at national level and subnational level
Review of the current STI data collection and reporting tools.
Identify the gaps in the current STI data collection and reporting tools
Spearhead development of the new STI data collection and reporting tools
Review of the national STI M&E framework
Identify gaps in the national STI M&E framework
Collaborate closely with the Ministry of Health and relevant stakeholders to co-design and institutionalize a robust national STI M&E framework, indicators, and data visualization
