Description
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Nairobi, Kenya | On Site
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound outreach, with a strong focus on cold calling.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (primarily cold calling)
- Identify and qualify potential leads
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR, with a strong focus on cold calling
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and booking targets
