Description
Qualification and experience
- A minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited university.
- A qualification in Education will be an added advantage
- A relevant and recognized professional qualification.
- Membership to a relevant and recognized professional body.
- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory position.
- Proven experience in managing complex examination processes
- Experience with examination bodies, academic regulations, policies, and quality assurance frameworks
- Proficiency in using academic management information systems.
- Possesses leadership and team management skills.
- Possesses strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools & AI.
Responsibilities
-
Oversee and monitor the entire admissions process, including application review, selection, and
issuance of admission letters, and prepare related management reports.

Develop and implement student recruitment strategies in liaison with marketing and communications
teams.
- Coordinate the development, review, and implementation of academic programmes.
-
Coordinate the development and implementation of the University academic calendar and timetables,
ensuring capacity optimization.
- Ensure strict conformance to academic rules, regulations, and accreditation requirements from professional and statutory bodies
- Analyse admissions data and market intelligence to inform University strategy.
- Promote student satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with the established Quality Management System.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
