Mwananchi Credit Limited is recruiting a result-oriented and driven manager to lead and direct all elements of corporate and business development activities geared to increase the revenue of the business by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.

The role will lead and recommend ways to improve the execution of operation plans, and development of processes, including target identification, mining of leads and conversion, strategic rationale, validation of due diligence, client management, contract management, and integration. One to be capable of assessing business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data and the notifying management of business developments

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years as a branch manager in Microfinance Sector.
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience principles and practices.
  • Good understanding of Performance Management.

  • Identify and implement action plans and regularly track and review Branch performance to ensure the achievement of the set targets for the branch.
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the senior management.
  • Promote high level customer service culture in the branch for potential acquisitions.
  • Achieve set sales & collections targets.
  • Stimulate branch growth through marketing of Mwananchi Credit Limited products and recruitment of new clients. Cross sell all products and services to both existing and potential clients.
  • In charge of repeat business in the branch.
  • Maintain high quality portfolio by ensuring on timely payments of loans and being zero tolerant to arrears.
  • Conduct customer visits and ensure recoveries where necessary
