- A minimum period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience, five (5) years of which should be in a supervisory position.
Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: - Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Biomechanical and Processing Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Masters degree in any of the following disciplines: - Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; Membership in a professional body where applicable;
Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in Computer applications; and
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution.
Applicants with indepth understanding in the coffee value chain specifically in international coffee trading and marketing experience will have an added advantage
