Work Experience:

The Travel & Mobility Ecosystem lead is responsible for the design, implementation, monetization and overall ownership of the commercial strategy of the assigned Ecosystem

This role is responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, execution and achieving of financial and strategic targets for the Travel & Mobility   Ecosystem.

The role holder is expected to have an entrepreneurial mindset along with leadership qualities. They should be a creative strategist with excellent organizational abilities and expert in managing Marketing efforts. The role holder is the primary relationship owner for all partnerships within the Travel & Mobility ecosystem.

The role holder will leverage on market research, business analytics, partnerships, coopetition, technology and ideas inside/ far outside of the company, constantly scanning the economic landscape to identify and capitalize capabilities that enable the success of new digital business commercial models for long-term competitive advantage within the assigned ecosystem.

The role holder will be responsible for developing and owning sales & marketing strategy, go-to-market strategy and planning, lifecycle management, affiliate marketing management, campaign planning & management, customer funnel optimization, external stakeholder management and mentoring a high-performing growth team within the Digital Business.

The role holder should be obsessed with tracking performance and is expected to constantly have/source the requisite data to prove what is working and what isn’t, and to effect timely corrective action as required. S/he should possess strong commercial acumen and ability to come up with ideas for driving product growth, customer acquisition, customer lifetime value, customer retention, revenue growth and profitability of product line(s) is key to the role

Prevention of business loss are critical to succeed in this role including Commercialization support and guidance to the regional business teams in bank’s subsidiaries.

Proactively engage and socialize internal stakeholders to  buy into respective  ecosystem strategy that are aligned with the overall organization strategy. The role ensures  strict adherence with all regulatory  requirements including proper documentation, routine portfolio monitoring and risk management

Actively coach all assigned team members and other key stakeholders in aid of their achievement of performance and career progression.

Relevant experience in the specific sector will be an added advantage
