- Registered member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

- Provide strategic HR leadership to the organization by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving the HR agenda to support the overall business strategy.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, understanding their business needs and providing HR solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing guidance to managers, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to drive high performance and accountability.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational change and ensure successful implementation of new processes, systems, or structures.
- Identify and develop leadership capabilities within the organization to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment and enhance employee morale and motivation.
- Oversee staffing needs and collaborate with talent acquisition to attract future talent.
- Identify learning and development needs and partner with talent and learning development colleagues to deliver support.
