We are seeking a Human Resource Officer to join our team and
support the creation of a productive work environment that aligns with our
organizational goals.
As a HRO, you will be responsible for collecting and
organizing employee data and files, as well as overseeing employee traininginitiatives.
Working collaboratively with HR Team, your role will be to
ensure that all employees have the necessary training, information, andresources to maximize their productivity within the organization.
By fostering positive employee relations and providing
support throughout the employee lifecycle, you will contribute to our overallsuccess.

The Employee’sduties, which may be varied from time to time, will include amongst other
responsibilities that arise during the day to day business of the Company the
following:
• Handling all areas related to staffleave and maintaining the leave register.
• Preparing staff leave calendarsperiodically with relievers identified
• Identifying relievers and assigningto facilitate day offs / absenteeism
• Advising management on need ofstaff recruitment based on HR forecasts
• Coordination of leave matters withthe staff and informing management on areas needing attention
• Reviewing staff attendance reportsand taking necessary steps to address punctuality issues
· Reviewingstaff compliance with adhering to various HR related guidelines and policies
including conforming to operational requirements such as adhering to shifts,lunch breaks, exit policies, etc
• Maintaining record on staffrequests related to attendance and factoring on daily basis
• Conducting new employee orientationprogram and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity,
etc.
• Provide current and prospectiveemployees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and
opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Receiving employee complaints andacting accordingly to resolve them.
• Raising proactive issues withmanagers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending
appropriate action plans.
• Compiling and managing casemanagement documentation, accompany and support managers.
