Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy aligned with industry best practices and global sustainability goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.
Advise senior management on ESG matters.
Prepare and publish ESG reports, disclosures, and communications.
Promote ESG awareness and best practices among employees and partners.
Lead social impact initiatives and assessments to enhance community engagement and social well-being.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for ESG initiatives and regularly report progress to executive leadership and relevant committees.
Any other duty that may be assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for sustainability and social impact.
Ability to work independently.
Willingness to network, socialize and build relationships.
Professional fluency in English.
Hands-on approach to work.
Candidates with regional or global experience have an added advantage.
