  • Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy aligned with industry best practices and global sustainability goals.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making processes.

  • Advise senior management on ESG matters.

  • Prepare and publish ESG reports, disclosures, and communications.

  • Promote ESG awareness and best practices among employees and partners.

  • Lead social impact initiatives and assessments to enhance community engagement and social well-being.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for ESG initiatives and regularly report progress to executive leadership and relevant committees.

  • Any other duty that may be assigned.

  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passion for sustainability and social impact.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Willingness to network, socialize and build relationships.

  • Professional fluency in English.

  • Hands-on approach to work.

  • Candidates with regional or global experience have an added advantage.
