For appointment to this Grade an officer must have
- Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields: Economics, Statistics, Strategic Management, Business Development, Development Studies, and Business Administration or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
- Must have served at the level of Resource Mobilization Officer I for two (2) years or its equivalent.
