Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years work experience.
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in a nonprofit organization or international development context.
- Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation best practices, methodologies, and frameworks
Skills And Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SPSS, or other statistical analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize activities effectively.

- A growth mindset and willingness to stay updated on monitoring and evaluation best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance professional development and performance in the role.
- Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and precision when collecting and documenting data to ensure the reliability of evaluation results.
