Description
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering, aeronautical engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and safety procedures
- Eligibility for or possession of an aircraft maintenance license or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to technical standards
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Requirements
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance documentation such as AMM and IPC
- Familiarity with aviation regulations such as NCAA
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and basic computing systems
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft and components under supervision
- Carry out inspections in compliance with regulatory and manufacturer requirements such as C-checks and A-checks
- Record maintenance actions accurately in engineering logs and maintenance tracking systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ensure tools, equipment, and workspace comply with safety and calibration standards
- Follow all company, regulatory, and manufacturer maintenance procedures
- Maintain awareness of human factors, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to gain licensure or type ratings
