Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline such as Business, Communications, Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, ICT, or related fields.
• Graduated within the last two (2) years.
• Strong academic record.
Responsibilities
• Participate in structured training and development activities throughout the 9-month program.
• Support day-to-day departmental operations and projects under the guidance of supervisors.
• Assist in research, data analysis, documentation, and preparation of reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and organizational goals.
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, and workshops aimed at enhancing professional and technical skills.
• Contribute ideas that support innovation, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare periodic updates or presentations on assigned tasks and learning outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
