As a Network Solutions Agent, you will be the bridge between our providers, partners, and clients, ensuring a flawless experience.

🌐 We are looking for Customer Service Agents! 🌐

πŸ“ Location: Principal Place address: 13 School Ln, Nairobi, Kenya

πŸ“… Start date: may 18 th

πŸ•’ Schedule: Availability Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the possibility of eventually becoming 24/7. Two days off per week assigned by operations, but initially within this time frame.

Who are we? We are a specialized team handling towing and roadside assistance requests for our Service Partners. As a Network Solutions Agent, you will play a key role in balancing the needs of our company, providers, partners, and clients.

βœ… 6 months of customer service experience

βœ… Positive and proactive attitude

βœ… Strong communication and writing skills

βœ… 24/7 availability with rotating shifts

Responsibilities


βœ” Answer service provider calls quickly, in a friendly and efficient manner

βœ” Resolve questions about jobs and assistance using the Urgently app

βœ” Manage complex issues by escalating them to the Network team when necessary

βœ” Negotiate additional rates and conduct research on specific requests

βœ” De-escalate upset clients through empathetic listening and beneficial solutions
