Description
The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for contacting and assisting patients who show interest in our services. This role focuses on answering inquiries, making follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments.

Main Responsibilities (Simplified)

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and chat messages from patients.
  • Follow up with warm and cold leads to encourage them to schedule an appointment.
  • Convert patient inquiries into booked appointments.
  • Work daily in the LeadLoop CRM to update and track patient information.
  • Schedule new patient appointments accurately.
  • Complete basic insurance verification (commercial, Medicare, workers' comp preferred).


Responsibilities
  • Experience in healthcare scheduling, medical sales, or patient intake.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools (LeadLoop is a plus).
  • Strong phone communication for inbound and outbound calls.
  • Insurance verification experience.
  • Strong closing abilities and confidence on the phone.
  • Fast response times and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and active listening.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
