I'm currently supporting a client in Nairobi, Kenya, with an urgent Customer Support hiring project.
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists who will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience, assisting customers with their questions and concerns, and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and with care. We're looking for candidates with:
Ā· Strong communication skills and excellent English
Ā· A customer-oriented mindset
Ā· Previous Customer Support/Customer Service experience
Ā· Strong problem-solving skills
Ā· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ā· Flexibility to work shifts, where required
Several positions are available, with the first hires expected to start very soon.
