Description
You might be a strong candidate if you have
  • Have a degree in Business management, Statistics, or related field from a reputable institution
  • Have a minimum five years’ work experience in supply chain, most especially store management or administration, or related experience.
  • Are able to effectively work cross-functionally across several regions.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
  • Are comfortable traveling 40%.
  • Have SAP experience or have an experience using any of the effective ERP and CRM applications.
  • Flexible, willing to stretch and achieve over and above base expectations.
  • Ability to Lead a team across different regions.


Responsibilities
Shop Identification
  • Ensure the shop is at a vantage point and meets the Sun King retail standards
Training
  • Ensure Sun King Shop Executives and Regional Store Coordinators have the necessary knowledge and technical skills required to run the store effectively.
Inventory Management
  • Ensure all stores maintain a tracker for stock, spare parts, marketing material and tools in every store.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of inventory based on demand forecasts for all stores.
  • Ensure adequate collaboration between Zonal Store Managers with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams on inventory needs.
  • Implement and ensure strict adherence to inventory control procedures and best practices.
Health and Safety
  • Ensure that all stores have the safety tools including fire extinguishers, first aid boxes etc. Also ensure that the stores discharge daily duties while being safety compliant.
Reporting
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on store operations and activities when required.
Payments
  • Ensure the Zonal Store Managers process all stores related payments in a timely manner.
