Description
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Officer to drive employer demand, drive employee
uptake, strengthen brand authority, and support revenue growth through
data-driven campaigns and strategic execution.
This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, sales enablement, employer brand
positioning, and partner-led marketing, ensuring strong pipeline development
and market visibility.
Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Marketing Ownership
Own and execute the entire marketing strategy and calendar
Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Manage all marketing channels: digital, social media, content, events, and
partnershipsBuild and continuously optimize the marketing funnel
2. Demand Generation
Generate employer demand at scale
Drive conversion and uptake rates
3. Pipeline Growth
Generate and nurture high-quality employer leads (MQLs)
Build a predictable inbound pipeline through:
LinkedIn marketing
Email campaign
Webinars and thought leadership
Optimize conversion rates (MQL → SQL)
Convert attention into pipeline
Ensure marketing contributes significantly to revenue pipeline
4. Employer Brand Authority & Content
Build Jilipesasa as a thought leader in fintech, HR, and financial wellness
Create educational content and distribute

Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling
5. Sales Enablement
Develop tools and materials to support sales conversion:
Pitch decks
ROI calculators
Work closely with sales to:
Improve conversion rates
Shorten sales cycles
Align campaigns with pipeline opportunities
6. Partner-Led Marketing
Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with HR and payroll partners
Ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements
Drive partner-sourced demand and joint pipeline growth
Coordinate joint events, webinars, and campaigns
7. Field & Activation Marketing
Plan and execute:
Employer activations
Roadshows and on-site engagements
Customer education sessions
Support sales with on-ground marketing initiatives
8. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok or programmatic
Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) relentlessly
Manage funnels: impression → click → signup→ funded account
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offers
Build and optimize landing pages
Work with product to fix friction points (KYC, sign-up, verification)
Track KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention
Build dashboards and weekly performance reports
Measure and Attribute performance correctly across channels
Be comfortable using Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude
Run and optimize campaigns across:
Social media
Email marketing
Website and landing pages
Track and report on:
Leads generated
Conversion rates
Campaign performance (CTR, CPL)
Continuously improve marketing ROI through data
